Very confusing lecturer, making frequent mistakes. Can be insulting to students when they don't understand something. Handwritten hand-outs and in-class writing is difficult to read. Offers make-up exams to raise scores on tests. Will offer help during 6:30am-8am office hours. Offers hints on make-up exams. Test questions come direct from HW.

Dont take him! He uses the book to assign hw but he then gives an answer to those problems completely different and harder from the book. The great part is that he expects you to learn his answers for the test or else you don't get complete credit. I survived by going to his office hours every time and memorizing his answers. Good point, make-ups.

I can't recommend taking this professor, he has horrible office hours and won't accept textbook answers on the test. Makes constant mistakes during lecture. Like others have said, his handwriting can be hard to read. If you don't pass the first test, I recommend dropping his class. Otherwise you may do fine.

Worst Teacher ever! 6AM Office Hours! Horrible grading curve = 80% to get a C? He Told kids they failed after the 2nd Test! I could understand the material in the book a little, but the test reinforces the crap he taught with his illegible handwriting... HE NEEDS TO LEARN TO TYPE CUZ HIS WRITING IS SOMETHING ONLY CAVEMEN CAN UNDERSTAND! AVOID HIM!

He thinks this is the only class we have. WAAAY TOO MUCH homework. assigns homework he hasn't talked about in class. can't read his writing. study hard, get homework right, but still get a low score on test just because you didn't prove the way he wants. only way to get by is going to office hours which is 7 IN THE MORNING! DONT TAKE HIM...

If you go to his office hours the class will be alot easier. for his final he told you what problems were on the final. i studied those and got a B in the class. He definetly sucks as a teacher though.

People are babies when it comes to this teacher. His test problems come directly from the homework, and I mean copied. He is available for office hours more then any other teacher I have ever had. His lectures could be a little more clear but he answers lots of questions. It's a hard subject. Don't be late.

Worst teacher i have ever had in my life. Do not take this teacher even if your life depended on it, because you will die. He just writes on the board and calls it a day. He does hold a lot of office hours but what good is it if the whole class is up there trying to learn as well. so far 15 people are left in this class out of 50. DONT TAKE HIM!!!

This guy is horrible! 2 sessions into the semester and I am dropping so that I can take a different prof next semester! He cant stand/hear/see. He doesnt know how to explain anything and loses track of thought very easily. He assigns things that he hasnt taught, collects homework 5 min early and if you turn it in after that its late. DONT TAKE HIM!

Very difficult to learn from him. Your better off learning it on your own and just comming in and taking the test. Interesting approach to solving problems but if you want to learn it but no on your own...dont go here...if you want a challenge....go here.

Hard to follow his writing on the board. Hard to tell if he's doodling or writing a solution. Will give a long drawn-out confusing answer to a question that requires a much simpler solution. He's a nice guy though. Has too many students in office hrs.

Gives lots of hw and collects it before he even explains it. Doesn't even teach just writes on the board. The only way to pass is to do the homework because the exam will have the same problems from the homework. He also gets mad when you make mistakes.

Horrible teacher. I can't believe he is allowed to teach. Curses constantly, ridicules students, has problems with most of the problems unless he has them memorized. 11 out of 50 will pass. If you kiss up to him, you will probably pass. Avoid him.

Didn't like that he assigned hw before he taught it. Great w/answering questions. To get a good grade study hw problems... he won't give you anything you havent seen before and it will be the SAME EXACT problem
