I agree. She is never available to help or answer questions. She posted info about the exam only 2 days before...not even sure why she still teaches as she shows no interest. I took the DE course and all my other profs were present on ACE...she was absent...it was like students taught/helped one another when questions arose...retire already!

This prof is a nice person but awful professor. She is never available for help. She will tell you to email her with your question and then NEVER get back to you. She is too worried about retiring and home life than to care about her students.

Smart lady, a joy to talk with. However will give you lower marks if views are different. Even if you agree on the same subject matter and the approaches are different, dont' expect a high mark. Good with dealines though.

I loved this class, it was full of discussion. She helped me anytime I asked and is just so friendly. I agree with the person who wants to bake cookies with her. :) If you have an interest in children and want to discuss it take the class.

I took a class with her in my second year and vowed to never take another one with her... now I wish I had kept that promise to myself. Lectures are long and drawn out - I don't need to know about your life. She is way too ambiguous in her assignment descriptions. No feedback, no interaction, doesn't seem organized at all. No response to 7 emails.

Understands that students are busy and will adjust deadlines and allow extensions if necessary. She marks a little tougher than I'm used to, and if you don't know your material it will show in your final grade. Know the basic points of all the philosophers b/c it comes into play on the final. Pretty nice lady, but a pretty boring class.

Such a nice lady, always talks to me in the halls, but really difficult to pay attention to in class. I was bored one day so I kept a tally of the number of times she said "uh" or "um" in the last 30 minutes of class: 256! A sad case of verbal diarhea, but she's very helpful if you approach her in person after class.

This prof has an extreme case of verbal diarhia. 253 "uh"'s in 30 minutes. Really nice lady, but its a challenge to stay awake and focused in class.

I was looking forward to this class but once I started I found her to be unhelpful, extremely hard marker and not a lot of feedback provided for assign's or Q's asked. She was always too busy to get things back to you on time. She should not be a prof if she has no time for her students, I don't recommend her classes to anyone, avoid at all costs!
