Great professor. She is very knowledgeable and really makes the second effort that many professors don't. She is one of those professors that cares about your well-being in and out of the classroom. Her classes are a lot of work, but if you put in the time and effort, you should do fine. Fantastic!

Boring Lectures, speaks in strange tone. A nice women all in all and hands out a lot of useful handouts. You will have a Huge Report to do, 10-14 page group paper on a country!

Mrs. Westbrook was a great teacher in and out of the classroom. Always clear and helpful when explaining assignments and students knew exactly what to do after she explained those assignments. class was alot of work, but manageable. also, students got alot of information out of the class's content and teaching for Mrs. Westbrook

Read the chapters and answer the review questions. By all means get the Guffey website! Very helpful with the unit tests. Even though this was a 7-week course during the Spring term, the writing assignments were spaced out and not overwhelming. Will take OAT 152 with same instructor.

She is very fair. you will be very aware of requirements of the class. "Unique" speaking style, if you have had her you'll know what I mean. She lets you know your grade at least 5 times per semester. and drops many of lowests by category. Id definately take her again!

Mrs. Westbrook is a very good instructor. She knows what she is teaching. She is very helpful. There is a lot of work, but if you do your homework you shouldn't have a problem. She is always willing to help. I recommend to take her if you want to learn something and remember it.

Mrs. Westbrook is by far the best business communications teacher at Delta. I've had 2 other teachers for 151 (the first was fired) and they weren't nearly as good. She makes learning the material very easy.
