I graduated in 2000 and to this day still reflect and talk about Bill's teachings. He was an integral part of shaping my young mind and teaching me so much about life and art and how the two are interconnected. I wish I could go back and introduce friends and family to a class of his. To see Bill in motion was truly art in and of itself!

Very difficult, but he brought out the very best in me. Very knowledgeable, very passionate. The ONLY professor I have visited post-classes. VERY helpful, in both critiques and in life. He inspired me in art, and later he inspired me to get my life back on track. A great man.

When he speaks, it's from his heart,not just to hear himself talk. DUH-if you're an art major,you know we tend to be Narcassitic-also, educators become educator becasue they want to share their knowledge, so DUH-of course they like to hear themselves talk,get a clue if you think class is boring, listen to what he says & leave your attitude at door

He is smart and knows his stuff, but very narcissistic-your college experience is about him, not you. His moods change like the seasons. Everyone gets Bs because he thinks it will motivate talented students to do better and he feels sorry for the people who suck. Overall, not a worthwhile experience! Go elsewhere!

Mr Bippes is a great guy. He always uses personal experience in class and really he digs into your soul. He is more than a teacher. Sometimes its more like a sermon than a lesson which can make the class seem boring, but he really wants to help you be a better person.
