Dr. Dibrell is so sweet and kind and really cares about his students. He gives good lectures and it is not a difficult class if you do the readings (or at least read the spark notes-even he says that some of the spark notes are good!). The tests are fair but studying is necessary.

Loved my class with Dibrell. He's the type of professor who makes you forget you are in a classroom with his stories. If you struggle with this class it simply means you haven't put in the work and you're not writing at the expected college level.

Awful Class. Makes work harder than it needs to be. I don't advise this at all for anyone. Grades tests unfairly and inconsistently. Definitely the hardest 101 class at the University.

Dibrell tends to wander off into stories. They're interesting stories, but I sometimes forget why they're relevant and when we get back on track I don't really know what's going on. The topics he teaches are challenging and he assigns a fair amount of reading.

Dr. Dibrell is awesome. He's very into his material and is very easy to talk to. He's also a great person overall. I'd highly suggest learning from him, but like someone else said, be sure you do the readings or you'll get lost. Do your part&he'll do his.
