Absolutely Useless Professor. His TA taught 80% of the course, and whenever Bill Came and tried to do a lecture, he usually confused the living daylights out of the class or managed to say something that upset everyone in the room greatly.

Mr. Shea isn't the best teacher ever, but I think he is a really nice guy and is genuine in his efforts. Students in 200 and below usually have no idea what they are getting into and find Mr. Shea to blame. Not fair to him. With that said, he is a pretty dry lecturer.
