Dr. Struthers is a fantastic professor who is immensely successful in inspiring his students to read and be involved in the class material. His classes are mostly discussion-based between students and he knows when to leave his students to process the material.

Dr. Struthers is a great professor! His class is very interesting and full of great discussions. His core class is a little more work than some of the other classes, but it is worth it because you learn a lot. He really cares about you as a person. Attendance is not technically mandatory but go to class because he considers that when grading.

Dr. Struther's neuroscience class is amazing! You learn so much and sheep brain dissecting was super fun. His analogies or tips to help you remember things better is really funny and sticks with you.

I love Dr. Struthers! He's the head professor for biological psychology at Wheaton, and he does a very good job of teaching it (at least the introductory class). He's very good at making large lecture classes interesting and at engaging such a large number of students. His humor and the way he delivers the information and explanations are great.

Dr. Struthers is the most unhelpful professor I've ever had. He never answered any emails and was not at all accommodating. The class is an easy A if you do all the extra credit, and it is not necessary to go to class. Just read the book right before the tests and there is no reason to ever go to lecture, just check for pop quizzes!

Great teacher for Psych 101. He is very entertaining in class. The tests are hard and online but we were allowed extra credit of 60 points which is extremely helpful. This is a very reasonable class-not too difficult, yet I am learning a lot.

Dr. Struthers is probably my favourite professor at Wheaton. He is such an engaging lecturer, keeps class interesting, and has a great sense of humor. Plus, we got to read a comic book for class! You have to study hard for the tests but he gives you a chance to make up points. Behavioral neuroscience might be my favourite class so far.

Dr. Struthers is the bomb! Take Men & Addictions from him, it's fascinating and very educational. He is not only very knowledgeable in his subject, but he makes the class fun and interesting by engaging the class in discussion and group projects that are actually fun. If you can't take him for PSYC 481-7, then take his 101 lab
