Truly wants everyone to understand the material. He tries to answer every question even at the expense of not covering all of the material, which means you have to take him again for 312. That's fine with me though, because he likes to give us doughnuts and apple juice.

Had him again for 312 after 311. Once you are used to his style he's great. You get the big picture, without tons of computation. Still wish he did more examples but I still got most of the homework without trouble. Quizzes this time were trickier (btw there are no exams just 4 quizzes) Read his notes you don't need the book!

Probably one of the best profs I've had at OSU. Really helps you to see the "big picture" of electromagnetics. Quizzes and final can be tricky but if you just sit back and think you will get it. Only thing I wish he did was give more examples.

Class can be hard. Quizzes (ahem, midterms) are often more difficult than necessary (but curve is fair). On the other hand, his teaching style is very good. Also, he's a very cool, nice guy who actually likes his students on a personal level.

By far one of the best professors you will ever have at OSU. Certainly not an easy professor, but you will learn a lot from him. A very intelligent and a great person. He is clearly one of the best EE professors at OSU. Trust me.
