He was an exceptional funloving professor who always knew how to make me explore my boundries, test me beyond my own barriers and he taught me to be myself. Sometimes we need to get a backbone and grow from deep within. I was blessed to have him as a prof and owe my success to him and cant wait for what the future will hold for me thnx bob!

entirely self-involved, intimidated by people with pre-existing knowledge of and ideas about art, likes pretty young girls, shallow and irresponsible. 20 minutes of instruction each class, few valuable assignments. interrupts when you attempt to answer his questions then complains that no one talks. too bad the class is required for an art degree.

bob was completely disorganized. he once lost all of our grades because he left his brief case at a starbucks on his way to class :P. he can be rude and taunting if he doesn't find your work shocking enough. very hard to understand and does not give insightful comments when asked for help. i would avoid him.

This course is a great way to branch out and find your own style. But Bob grades generally on the piece's shock value rather than the effort put into it. If you like doing over the top pieces, try Bob out!! If you're a person who needs guidance, find another prof cuz there's lotsa indipendent work

Have to correct one of my fellow students. Bob did not cancel our class on Fridays, he gave us the option of coming to class. As an artist I work much better in my environment then in the school of art where its too cold in winter and too hot in summer.

He would be an ok teacher if he was there half the time. He would always cancel classes and eventually cancelled out friday classes..so that's a waste of my money and he shouldn't be getting paid to not teach. He was unpredictalbe with crits. His opinions didn't make sense.

he's helpful if u can keep his attention for more then 5 minutes. hes a nice guy tho. so if your looking for a class thats really easy going and no real restraints this is the class to take. but if you want a traditional class look else where!

Had a hard year when I had him. Would often go off on rants about anti-depressants and being lonely during crits...poor guy. Don't know anything about the sexual harassment bit though. Seemed friendly to everyone (he's a close talker).
