initially respected him thought he was smart/encouraging as time went on saw he was arrogant and thought was better than everyone, hed shove in our face 2x/week "Psych is what ppl who fail at Phil take"(even tho its other way round) if u dont understand and ask a ? he will belittle u in front of class grades only on english part and takes forever

He is not easy by any means, but as philosophy class I got out of it what i expected. tons of questions and a good argument. People who did not do well in his class are the only ones ot complain, so you know who you are and if you want easy grades, don't take him.

I extremely dislike his attitude towards the United States. He compares everything to why "Canada is so much better." It's really hard to sit in his class as an American citizen. The realy getter is he has no problem getting a MU paycheck. I really wanted to ask him why that is. what the heck!?!

Life, itself, is hard. Philosophy encompasses our daily lives and the way we live them. Dr. Timko is one of few professors who has my total respect and who challenged me to my potential. Don't ever mistake something difficult in your life to be something that is bad because you have an even harder life if you do. Thank you for the challenge.
