Her lectures covered everything I didn't understand from the book. If you do the h/w you will pass the tests no problem. I wished I could have had her for Chem 1A instead of the prof I got.

if you don't do the hw and read the chapter, you'll have a hard time with the class. The lectures don't seem help if you don't do as followed. Other than that she is a great teacher that offers valuable help. I would recommend this class if you put time and effort.

This is a GREAT CLASS. She does a good job to get the concepts accross and will continue to go through them until the class understands. Her since of humor makes the class a lot of fun as well. I enjoyed being there. Read the book, go to class and your set. TAKE HER CLASS.

AWESOME TEACHER. Accepts everything late without point deductions. Learn from the book. She never has enough time in lecture and might keep you back a few minutes to finish topics. Overall, lectures ARE a big of a waste, but if you pay attention, you'll learn some stuff. Fair grading, good stuff

You need the book. Don't expect to learn a whole lot in lecture unless you read the chapter beforehand and understand. Tests are based on chapters she assigns. No big scares there. Personally, she's real nice and clear if you ask questions. Don't stay quiet if you don't understand and do your work.

A little bit disorganized, but EXTREMELY helpful and funny. I loved her jokes in lecture hours. Tests and quizes r really straigh forward !!! U'll be fine if u do ur hw. I wish i could take her for one more time !!!

I took her class last winter and struggled my whole way through. She doesn't really know how to teach, but she's very nice. Every once and a while her afro blocked my view of the black board in the lab..haha

Very nice and understanding teacher. She dropped two of our tests from 45's to 35's. She is not the greatest on explaining but still good. Try to take the placement test before you take the class cause the test isnt too hard.

She's a very kind professor but she's rarely on schedule and bad at explaining chem. Coming to her class is a waste of time. Too bad she takes role everyday :P. Anyway study independently for the tests. On a good note she's a very fair grader.
