INSANELY HARD CLASS. This class is so random that I had no idea why I was there in the first place. He is a pretty funny guy but that doesn't make up for how hard his exams are. Even with the curve, you better study your ass off if you want a decent grade.

ALthough this class poses a few dificulties, there is some actually decent information. I had little choice, and took the class. I think for the average student this may be a bit harder than your average class, but you can do well. The first test is a bit of a gut check, but you should figure it out. Um yeah...Geography 155 was probably the most random thing I've ever experienced in my life. I'm not sure exactly what happened, all I know is he curves his tests substantially. However, if you're looking to learn something, better yet anything, look elsewhere. I sometimes question rather or not I became stupider just by sitting in the class

I would honestly have to say that the assignments that he gives are not easy by any means. But on the other hand his tests are pretty easy if you just go to class and listen to what he says.I don't study much and i've got a B+ on both of his tests. He always gives you very clear hints to what are on the test and curves all of his tests

enjoys making life hard for students. his tests are impossible and unpredictable. I studied for 6 hours for his first test and failed horribly. If you're not a very independent student, I wouldn't take his class. His homework assignments suck. However, he is very, very smart, it's just too bad that he doesnt use his smartness to help his students

Assignments are hard due to poor directions...tests are also pretty hard...will not help you when you ask him questions. you have to force it out of him. I think my classmates would agree with me. He is everything you dont want in a professor.

let's put it this way- he atleast let me sleep....he's a mildly funny guy, appears uptight at first, but he's a real nice guy with a weird character...assignments are confusing from his directions but he will negotiate on things like due dates if they're confusing....tests are unpredictable.........

He is a funny guy, but his class is rediculous. He moves through his 70 slide power points at a million miles an hour and his tests are impossible to study for. He is willing to help his students however. I wouldn't recommend.

Foust is a decent prof if you can stomach his (slight) attitude. He tells you whats going to be on the test.....but he tells you a lot of stuff that will be on the test that isnt. Sometimes he tells you its not on the test and then it is!! Very unclear assignments.
