never thought being an agriculture major I would come remotely close to liking an english professor but she is awesome. She is clear cut on what you need to do on your assignments. She does however sync all her classes together so it takes a few weeks to get papers graded. She genuinely cares and tries to get to know students who do care and show.

She's a great teacher, and if you just speak in class she will like you very fast. The essays are not hard at all and if you're even remotely good at writing you should pass her class very easily. She doesn't really like to give D's or F's unless you don't do the assignment.

I LOVE HER SO MUCH! she literally made me excited about writing, which i never really did before! she always help you to get better, and gives a really helpful advice. she is very caring, and her class is just so calm, and i really liked that! i would love to take her again only if there is space open :(! TAKE HER!

l i t e r a l l y the only professor that made my Academy experience even somewhat tolerable. She is such a beautiful and wonderful woman and I almost bought her a sweater with a pug on it because I love her so much. She is God's gift to mankind.

Mrs. Ryan is by far one of my favorite teachers on campus. I'm a student that typically HATES reading, but she sparked my interest. She's aware that we have lives and responsibility outside of school, so doesn't assign much busy work. You write about 4 reflections of things you've read, a few tests, and 4 tests. Easy-A.

She is one of the most caring professors I have had. She gives helpful feedback on assignments. I see her around town 2 years after I took her class and she always recognizes me, remembers my name and says hello and asks how I am doing, I am not a person who speaks in class or anything so that is a good example of how caring she is.

Hands down my favorite professor here. She loves what she teaches and will help you out at anytime. SUPER flexible, if you forgot an assignment, skip class, or forgot to print something, no big deal! She seems to genuinely be interested in everything you write about. You're missing out if you never take Brenda Ryan!

Brenda Ryan is one of the most caring and helpful professors I have had. Her class is VERY easy and she is always willing to help if you're behind. You can miss class 5 times which is A LOT. Her class can occassionally get a little bring but it is very very easy and if you don't get an A you must've tried to get a bad grade.

Brenda Ryan is the reason why students are inspired to become teachers. If you have to wait until your senior year to take her, it's worth it. She has been my favorite teacher and still says hello and remembers my name 2 years after i took her class.
