McKenzie is vindicative. He plays favourites (by that I mean he hates some people less than others), completely unintelligent, and doesn't believe in answering questions. DON'T ENROLL IN HIS COURSE. He will ignore your emails, and try and screw you for participation. I want to take him to the Ombuds office.

We didn't do any actual marketing, just went through each page of the textbook on powerpoint slides that could bore a hermit living alone for 20 years. Worst class I had, couldn't bring myself to answer the stupid questions he asked, and unfortunately they were for participation marks. Very bad class.

Great guy. He's difficult, not easy prof, especially for the essay part. Very funny, GREAT to be in class with him. Very clear and he gives great examples - it all fits with him.

Other than the quote and the three rules the he's the best marketing prof around. He's droped the 40 page report down to a 6pg critique. Exams are fair and he doesn't talk about timbits all day, like the other guy.

where to begin. it's a damn easy class, save the bombastic 40 page report. he's a nice guy, really, and i've tried to like him. but there's this inherent complex beneath him that i can't put my finger on. exams are pure memorization, not much synthesizing of material. nice guy/bad prof syndrome.
