Amazing professor, very clear and effective speaker. He gave great reviews of material and assessments were very fair. He makes it very easy to do well if you put in some effort. Only need to study slides, would strongly recommend against purchasing textbooks.

Very easy prof! He does an amazing job explaining concepts and provides plenty of examples to help students understand. He also does a great job at making connections from course material to current news/contemporary issues. You don't need the textbook for the course, simply read his PowerPoints and attend class.

If you are not a science or math person, his reasoning skills class will not be an easy one for you. He's very good at what he does and is a great teacher, but relates everything back to science and makes things even more confusing for people such as myself. Would not take again.

If you read his lecture notes, participate in class and make your own notes of those notes + study those notes before the midtermsfinals you'll get an A. He doesn't go out of his way to make the class hard for students and you get a good feel for the state of philosophical inquiry into the MB problem.

Amazing professor. Had him twice and will have him again next semester. Very open to talk to and will answer any questions you have. He also never takes sides; rather, he presents both sides of each and every argument allowing you think!

Really nice guy. I found reasoning skills to be very math based - it was basically a stats course. He offered extra tutorials for the midterms and exam which were defintley helpful.

Intro to Ethics. Great prof, easy to approach, very understanding. He's an engaging teacher; made a three hour class go by quickly (he even gave us a break every class.) I'm in the sciences, but he made this experience easy! I skipped a several classes, barely read all of his slideshows, and ended up with a 9.0 in the class.

The prof seems cool enough. I think a bit too lenient, though, posted lecture notes and readings online with everything you need to know to get a good mark. The lectures were valuable but if you've got a ton of other stuff to do for other classes you'll be REALLY tempted to skip.

Late to every single class. Very arrogant. Talks of his "extensive" scientific knowledge, yet makes up facts on the spot to support his lecture. Just go to every class and get your mark, don't internalize anything he has to say as he grossly misrepresents philosophy. Oh, and don't bother buying the text. All readings are online or he provides them.

Fantastic lecturer. He's incredibly concise and to the point, he manages to sum up a ton of information in one lecture, and he makes difficult content easy to understand. The midterm and exam were both straightforward and super easy. His only problem is that he shows up late every day, without fail - but he makes up for it with his good lectures.
