had him for american nt'l gov - dry sense of humor - cracked me up almost every day at least once... he tells u everything thats gonna be on the test... i didnt buy the book and got A's on my tests just from notes. he gives good test reviews...if u want to be challenged dont take the class tho - its still interesting, easy a!

Professor Kerr is the best instructor I have had at the university. I am definitely thinking of switching to poli sci after taking this class. His lectures are interesting and funny, and he has very helpful reviews for exams. He's smart and he's cute.

The guy below me is either lying or is an idiot. This class is way easy. Go to class. His study guide is 95% of the total test and he goes through a really good review the class before. Take Kerr. He is cool, he brings jokes, he has open discussions. Perfect for this kind of course.

I really enjoyed his class. If you go to class and take notes, it's almost a breeze, but not in a boring way. He keeps it interesting and keeps you thinking about controversial issues without offending you. I highly recommend him for political science.

VERY HELPFUL!! He brings jokes to class to lighten the mood. GO TO CLASS- he has random urges to give BONUS PTS and you never know when that's going to be. Tests aren't too difficult. He doesn't mind meeting with students to go over notes for the test either. I highly recommend him for this course.

He has very interesting lectures and will give lots of bonus opportunities. Can analyze America's government while barely offending anyone. Tests are easy if you study one or two nights before. Don't bother buying the book, only one or two questions come from it on each test.

Outside of Parry, my favorite teacher in the PoliSci dept. The class is not that hard...go to class, read, and pay attention to the study guide. If you do that stuff it's an easy A, or B at the worst. Dr. Kerr is nice and also very willing to help/talk to students. The simulation is interesting (and half of your final grade).

A really fun class. You do a Senate Simulation which is really fun and you learn a lot about human nature. Loved the class even when we were not in the simulation which takes up the last half of the semester. He is easy to get along with and a great teacher!
