Bruce can be a hard marker for sure, but always fair. Many people complain about his constant comment of pushing a project further. All this means to him, is to continue to test your abilities and push yourself to new challenges in order to succeed. He may leave class at times, but he explains all assignments in great depth and wants all to suceed

Bruce is a great prof for the upper years. He encourages you to take your own path, though he can be frustrating to get a straight answer out of. He has a tendency to disappear during class, but you can usually find him hiding in his office. he's a tough marker, but his marks are usually pretty justified. I found him laid back and fun to work with.

This prof is completely useless at teaching a painting class, as he fully admits that he knows nothing about painting. He tries to turns your paintings into sculptures. His critism is irrelevant and he is very condescending. Takes out his personal anger on students. Unless you're inside his head, you'll never know what he wants.

He is a very knowledgable man, but is definitely cocky about it. He is consistently late, leaves class at his leisure, and offers not constructive criticism but destructive criticism. He is never satisfied with an idea or concept, and always states that it could have been pushed further.

Good prof although picky. To overcome pickyness, check project idea with him first. Also plays favorites to those who attend class consistently. Lax if reason given. Hidden genious (ask about the largest electrical kiln). Very busy.
