I absolutely loved this professor. yes she assigns long papers and she expects you to attend class but hello we are all adults here. You want a university degree. you have to work for it. I thought she was brilliant, willing to help whenever necessary and loved her creative approach to teaching. we all don't learn by memorizing a text book!

Pros: IF you're willing to work harder than you have in any other class, your mark in the course will reflect it. I was able to get a great mark without ever reading the textbook. She shows lots of videos in class. Cons: WAY more work than any other course, mandatory attendance, and she's extremely picky about trivial things. Uses WebCT a lot.

Awful. Conceited, condescending, and rude. I have never regretted taking a class so much. Excpects FAR too much of a 300-level course. Not sure why she needs 4 TAs for 17 students??? Ridiculous.

Crazy, evil woman. Stay away unless u want 2 20 page papers, a research proposal (30pgs), a critique, a group project and a in her words "approx 50 page final paper". Shes nuts! Knows her stuff but the woman is nuttier than a fruit cake. Take her class and you will be rode like a rented mule. DRop it! Or avoid all together!

She's a very bright and friendly woman. Her class, though heavy in comparison to other courses, was what I think to be the most useful one I have ever taken. The opportunities she presents to her students are super-unique and well worth the effort! I definately recommend taking a class from her :-D
