I took this course as a Duel Credit Program High School Student and found that Professor Toole was a great teacher. I especially enjoyed the sense of community he engaged the classroom in and how he would make appropriate jokes to lessen the nervousness and tension. Ergo, this class was a great introduction, not only for DSW but for College itself.

Carl is the most valuable prof. in the DSW program. All his lessons are valuable (may not be apparent at first). It is up to the student to not just hear what he is saying, but REALLY LISTEN. Once the student accomplishes this, the lessons he teaches (and the stories that go along with them)make the tuition worth it! He goes above and beyond.
