Just take anyone else . Low amount of problems. Choses top 2-3 students to solve he problems on the borad that she is supposed to explain. Does NOT explain, if she atempts it is the last part, wont go in detail and will say you should know that from high school. Makea fun of you. Barely talks. She says most of you will fail and laughs. Do NOT!

If you're looking for a professor who goes over every single detail of a topic, she is not the professor to take. HW is very important and you will have to learn on your own if mth is not your strong suit. If your coming from the Math Immersion program/CSTM/FSP do not take her.

Pay attention to all comments. She does not teach or explain. You end up liking her but that does not mean you'll learn. Picks her fave students to dictate the solutions and she moves on. No one feels like asking. She embarrassed students in sarcastic way. She says "you should know this already" she emphasizes a lot that we won't pass. SARCASTIC

Only choose this professor if its your last hope! She's very sarcastic but nice. She does post problems on the board and expect you to solve it. If you're okay with teaching yourself then go for it.

Doesn't teach, just writes problems on the board and expects students to solve them for her. Any question you have will be met with a belittling look or remark. Tests are multiple choice but YOU MUST SHOW THE PERFECT WORK. A correct answer with an error in the work will be counted wrong. Reminds me of Professor Umbridge from Harry Potter. Avoid.

Extremely sarcastic to students even making remarks on how people failed or would fail a test. Handwriting is very difficult to read off the board. Test are all multiple choice but she grades the work very harshly. Gives you tools to prepare for the final but you will have to teach yourself the material. Avoid taking her if you can

She's an old-school professor. she gives you what you have to learn, and will answer your questions when you ask them. but she will not spoon feed you, and you will have to study on your own

While she may be very intimidating at the start, by the end of the semester you will appreciate how much you learn from her if you really put the effort in. Uses MathLab for Homework and Quizzes. Three tests and one final which she gives review sheets and a little bit of review in the class prior. The grade you get is the grade that you deserve.

She is a good professor, only you have to study the materials that she is giving. The tests that she is giving is in the final. She prepares you for the final, but also you have to submit homeworks and quizes on time. Hard work gives its results. I got A- for the course.

The worst math professor Baruch has. She just writes questions on the board and expects you to solve them on your own, and does not go over them unless you ask. And even when you ask she makes a big deal out of it. And she can not hear when taking attendance, and will mark you absent for no reason.

I had to drop this class because of the use of Math Lab. I personally cannot take professors who rely heavily on internet programs to run the course. Inputing numbers and algebra terms into Pearsons from a MAC is torturous. I wish teachers would go back to the pen and paper esp for math & languages. Otherwise, she seemed fine & has nice handwriting

A terrible professor. Does not care about you at all, speaks so quietly even the first row can't hear her, and mocks you every time you have a question. Learned everything online instead of in her class. If you have a choice, don't take her.

She's not as bad as everyone portrays her, she does have her moments when she can be very annoying but overall she's a pretty good professor, very old school type, knows her math very well, participation does matter in her class and just make sure you pay attention in class and you will do fine.

This professor has an old-school teaching method. Her goal is to challenge us into thinking for ourselves. She does no spoon-feeding; you'll have to put in work to solve problems. She expects you to know your stuff, skipping the steps you should know, so if you're expecting a professor who'll review every single thing, she is not the one for you!

She has no patient in teaching the class. She is very sarcastic when you ask her a question. As a student in Baruch we are here to learn not to get judge. You will not learn anything from her lecture because her explanations are not clear. You have to review the materials on your own. I would not recommend her!
