Comment:

Tough class but not impossible. College math is not easy and this class will consume a good portion of your life. Professor Freeman isn't the reason some students don't do well. If you are a student who thinks they are entitled to a good grade then this class is not for you. Your grade will be earned and be proud if you do well.

She taught so differently than I was used to but once you understand that you have to basically teach yourself from the book, and do the homework, it's really not that bad and by the end of the semester I felt like I actually learned more that way. very nice lady just an unconventional way of teaching

Horrible class! 100 level class should not take that much time of my life. She pretty much called students dumb if they didn't get it. She expects students studying 10 hours outside of class. Extremely confusing. Overall worst class and professor I have ever had at Fisher! DON'T TAKE HER!

Tough class to do well in. Very hard to grasp content during class sometimes but she is always willing to help out of class and notices if you do. She legitimately wants you to do well. If you do poorly it's your own fault.

She's a pretty decent professor. She definatly wants you to pass and is willing to help you if you ask her for it. Not an easy class but not too difficult. She doesn't check your homework but I recommend you do it anyways as you will find it extremely helpful for the tests and quizzes.

Very nice lady who means well. Somewhat scatter brained and all over the place, but not incomprehensible. Teaches math the exact opposite way you learned in high school. Just do the work and participate in class and you should be fine.

Positives: Pizza for the final!!! Ace final, ace the course. Negatives: May get stumped quite a bit, tricky material for just beginning. Importance of things in her class (10 = high, 1 = low): HW: 6.5, Listening: 9, Participation: 6). Nice teacher (unlike what some say here lol). Course can be tough, but there is not a lot of work. It's ok.
