Best professor this School has, like read and show up and you will reap the results. Had her first summer session for persuasion and it was difficult keeping up but she sure made it enjoyable. Very sweet lady and totally accessible outside of class.

Test were hard, more so because you had to apply the information versus remembering definitions. Definitions are important to know (open ended qs) on test! Super fun class, she makes little jokes that help you remember a term or concept!

I causion you now do not take this class with her. She is a terrible professor. I took her for a summer class. She is personable but she teaches so crams to much into one class. She tests you on material that is in the text book on chapters that you never cover in class as well as she takes 3 to 4 days to give you a grade back.

Amazing woman, currently taking her for summer persuasion. She is hilarious and tries so hard to make class fun and interesting. The material she teaches is really interesting and she makes it really easy to understand. She has clear expectations and is understanding and caring to her students. Wish I could take all my comm classes with her!

Loved her! She makes lectures fun and completely understandable. Has a great sense of humor so you can actually pay attention in class and learn the material. Tests aren't too bad as long as you study. Some lectures not in the book may be on the test but she lets you know. Take her if you can. :)

She is so great, kind of scatterbrained at times, but so helpful and nice. Very funny too. Attendance is mandatory, you only get one or two free absences, but it's not hard to sit through her class. Loved her.

Take her class!!! I loved this class! Dr. Leeman is willing to help, explains information clearly, gives great notes and makes class interesting and thought-provoking. Take notes, study and read chapters and you will do fine. Even group projects aren't that bad.I wish she taught more classes when I was an undergraduate student.

I absolutely loved Mrs. Leeman! She is so knowledgable and has such a passion for what she does! She will gladly help you with anything you need help with, she helped me more than my advisor did! I LOVED MRS LEEMAN! She is honestly the nicest woman at UNCC if you are doing bad she will help you in an instant. She is extremely funny and knowledable. I would have her teach every class if i could. GET THIS PROFESSOR!!!!

Mrs. Leeman is one of the nicest ladies i have ever met. She makes class so much fun, she is hilarious. She does get off subject and at moments she talks really fast, which makes it a little difficult to understand, but overall you could not ask for a better teacher! She comes highly recommended.
