STAY AWAY! pretty much what everyone else said. She is the most confusing teacher when it comes to notes. She gives you TONS of notes and in the most random order and expects you to know that and more on the tests. She will not let you have an opinion and if you do she will shut you down and try to make you look stupid. DONT DO IT!!

by far the worst teacher ever! she gives countless amounts of notes, and which for the most part what she goes over in class isn't on the test. she makes everyone feel stupid if you ask a question which she doesnt answer anyway. whatever you do, dont take her!!

Don't do it! She is one of those professors who thinks you are a stupid child and her tests are a nightmare. The things she talks about in class - the important things - are not on tests. Tests are written to try to confuse and trick you and are on things she never discusses. RUN!!!!

The class consists of taking notes, reading and taking a test on a book she assigns, reading the textbook, writing a 1-2 page paper, and taking tests. She makes anyone who asks a question sound stupid. You really don't know what to expect to be on the tests.

Talks to everyone like they are in elementary school. Spends most of the class telling you not to cheat and the other part about all the travel her and her husband have done. No direction as to what is on tests. Tests are horrible. Often calls for opinion and only hers is the right answer.

SOOO BORING!!!!! Never helps students! She tells you if you come to class early, she will give hints to what is going to be on the test, yeah right!! Are you kidding, I had about 5 friends in this class and we all did poorly. Trust me, do not take her!!! Nightmare.

She expects alot out of you for an introductory level history class. Reading the book does not help. We had to read a 543 page book at the begining of the semester, had a 2-3 page paper that you had to turn in on turnitin.com, a plagerism web-site and the stupid thing about it was she checked if you plagerized from her lectures what bull****.

Nice lady, has too many personal stories at times but is very helpful. The tests are decent - one in-class essay per semester, map tests, some stuff from the book. Very informative, felt like I was getting a quality teacher. Lots of work.

If you have an question and email her, she wont answer because "it would be unfair to the other students & she can't answer all her emails" so I would say she isnt accessible

She is an amazing teacher. She knows what she is talking about. The map test is not that hard. Some people like to say it is because they don't even know where their own country is. She is a rela teacher.The test are fair. You do have to read, but it is not overwhelming.Easy A!
