such a good prof, is very interesting in lectures because she uses examples from her work. Interacts with the class well. all of the information for midterms is on her slides. know your content well and be able to identify examples of each concept and you will do very well.

Amazing prof! She uses personal examples to explain her concepts. She's funny, outgoing, and cares for her students' success. Two midterms, one major assignment, and a final that are easy to get good marks on. Everything you need to know is in the notes online. No need to buy the textbook.

Comment:

One of the best professors I've ever had. She makes the class exciting to come to and will go off on a tangent to tell some stories about her experiences as a psychologist, which was always interesting to listen to. Although exams were somewhat difficult, study the material thoroughly and all is good. She takes hard work into consideration.

Comment:

She was a lot of fun. Quirky, with lots of examples from her own life, which made the class feel more laid back, but not so people lost interest and were noisy. She had good command of the class and it seemed like people in general really liked her for a professor. Best psychology professor I've had out of the three I've taken classes from.

Easy class if you show up and go through the notes you'll definitely pass! Outlines given for midterms and the 3 exams are not comprehensive (incl final). Lectures tend to be long and boring as she just reads off the slides, but she takes attendance. One portfolio assignment that is 10-12 pages, but you'll get 85% if you do bare min.

A very good prof! She assigns one essay, and it was actually a lot of fun to do! There are some boring aspects to the class, but she tries her best to make it interesting. She gives hints to material on tests, and as long as you study it's not hard to do well on them. She's a great prof, and I can't wait to take more classes from her!

LOVE Carole. I took 220 and 230 with her. She is easily one of my favourite professors. She makes it clear what she wants from you and she is very lenient in grading. Her lectures are so funny and she gives great examples.

Carole is a fun prof, she is quirky and has a sense of humor. Found classes to be long and dry at times but overall pretty interesting. Final assignment was different and fun, not a typical paper. 2 midterms and a final, all fairly easy if you study the concepts. only really used the textbook for final assignment-its not necessary.

Wonderful professor! She's very clear inside of class, and is approachable outside of class if you have questions. Exams are straight forward, if you study. Posts all notes online, which makes studying much easier. Very dedicated to her classes and material, which shows in how she teaches. I would definitely recommend this professor!

Carole is very sweet and approachable. She'll help you any way she can. She always lets us leave early but sometimes she rambles and the lectures get boring so we're glad to leave. Her assignments are easy and we got to choose between 3 options. Exams are pure memorization and the multiple choice sections (which make up most of the exam) are hard.

SO excited for Abnormal Psych and Carole let me down hard. Spent 1 month on research methods, ethics, and clinical assessment. This is a 300 level class. We had to take 3 psychs to get into this class. We should know all this already so it should only take like a two weeks tops. Didn't even make a dint in the disorders we'll be dealing with.

Good prof. Extremely easy class. Tests are straight memorization and assignment not very hard. She does care about her students and makes an effort to keep class interesting. Highly recommended if you need an average booster.

I enjoyed taking Psych 210 from Carole. Her assignment took an effort but I would not say it was hard. Her questions come from her notes, which can be elaborated on in the textbook. She does not have trick questions and responded to every e-mail I sent to her. She also learnt all of our names quickly. I would take more classes from her.

very boring! she rambles about pointless information that just makes you pay even less attention, very easy and fun assignment though! but hard midterm and final! lots of applied multiple choice questions instead of just definations. wouldnt recomend.
