I miss Carole so much. I truly learned from her. I am older and I have finally - 15 years after doing a BA with her, finished my doctoral thesis. She was a big part of me growing up academically. She had very high standards but she believed in everyone and she believed that we could all learn and change the world. she made me laugh so much...

I regret that Carole Yawney passed away from cancer in the summer of 2005. I am a psychology student, and am older, if not I would have changed my major to Anthropology just to work for this woman. She was amazing and kind. I fully enjoyed her course. She certainly made us work for our marks. I shall miss her.

The worst professor I have ever had. Jumps around to much,no clear direction, doesn't tie it together. You will loose marks for originality, even if you can back it up. If you are looking for a professor that will enlighten you chooses another professor, this course is good for puppets.
