My experience with Professor Rockwell was tricky. Rockwell is very creditable and well-informed. However, her attitude is questionable. Rockwell is one of the MOST passive aggressive people i have ever met. She's rude, and insensitive to others in terms of correcting them, or when answering questions. She makes you feel like you cant ask for help.

Prof. R is great! She is both well-informed and charismatic; NOT boring. Lectures are mix of text & real-life examples. Group projects were EXTREMELY helpful to applying the material + simple assignments for credit. REQUIRED text with online code to complete McGraw-Hill homework. 4 tests, 4 projects, 1 final many chances to get a good grade.

I got an A but it was a really absurd and useless class to be honest. Also, she is not a nice person and I just avoided her as much as possible which I think was a good strategy. She was very rude to students who would ask questions. Her grading on papers was bizarre as was a lot of the material she taught us. Bad teacher, easy A.

Rockwell is extremely supportive of her students and wants to see everyone succeed. She pushes you to try. She might be a little confusing or unorganized but if you ask her questions she'll answer you as best as she can. I passed with a B. I probably could've gotten an A if I didn't bomb one test. And open note for 15min at the end of test.

Professor Rockwell is an intelligent woman, BUT does not prepare you well for the exams. Mediocre lectures that have no translation to the exam. 5 exams (open book & note), one short and one final Stock Report Assignment, then a final group presentation. honestly, if you can learn a semester by reading just the book, be my guest, but not for me...

Really good and a great sense of humour, had an 8am class but did not feel like a drag since professor made it so fun and lively! Just pay attention to what she says and follow strict instructions and you will be fine!

The only reason i got a C in this class was because Professor Rockwell is a generous person. I kinda screwed up the class by not showing to class for the first 2 weeks , so i didn't really know what learn smarts were and how to do them, i missed out on some of them and screwed on the quizzes as well. I should have gotten a F.

Professor Rockwell was worth waking up in the morning with her honest lectures that were very sincere. Make sure you study on your own time for about an hour or so everyday and you'll be more than fine. She also offers plenty of extra credit that ensures you at least get a B.

do not take her stay away you cant even ask a question she is extremely rude and if you ask a question regarding any project or homework she will say go do extra credit she miss grade so many times most of the time of the class is going for group project and she sits and play with her computer never ask a question

I would not take her class again. Anytime someone would ask a question she would respond in an almost condescending way. She just acted like she was better than everyone else in the class. She could be very sarcastic when asking for simple clarification. I learned nothing from her class. I'd urge you to find a different professor.

You will learn so much in this class! Stuff that you can use in real life like how to write a resume, cover letter different strategies on how to write letters. She gives out a lot of extra credit so everyone has a fair chance! 5 Quizzes 1 research paper and 5-7 short letterspapers. Love this class and Cassie is a great teacher!

I have really enjoyed Professor Rockwells classes, she a tough teacher, she will expect you to do the work she has assigned and she will help you through it if you ask for help. I have learned a lot taking her classes (BUS1 and BUS32) and even though it was difficult from time to time it was worth it.

6 week winter session. She is funny, tests are multiple choice (50-75 questions) + extra credit (easy) but READ the book because she doesnt have time to explain EVERYTHING. Will tell u whats on the test. Very clear, doesnt put students down. Likes for you to participate in class. I actually like her. Take!

Attendance is mandatory. Professor Rockwell has a pretty intimidating personality and can come off as mean sometimes.However, she really wants to see her class do well and cares about her students. There is a lot of classwork and homework. The tests are based off the book and slightly hard. I managed a C.
