Prof. Davis accepted me 2 weeks after the semester started, I asked to opened the chapters that he had already closed, to get the chance to do test and homework, he ignored my messages, finally he answered with no help at all, one of the worse teachers I ever had at Harbor College, someone do something, please .

Took him online. Once I FINALLY got in touch with him via email, he was not very helpful. He seemed confused in follow up emails and claimed to have had a phone conversation with me that never happened. It seems like the consensus here is that he is highly unorganized.

Took his online class, lots of reading of course, S.A.M practice is super slow and tedious,its built to teach a cavemen how to use windows. The syllabus is useless and you constantly have to check the website, not a useful class if you are working. I got a C and i know how to use windows and Microsoft office almost perfectly.

This teacher has no idea what he is talking about, when he is asked a question regarding anything and everything he will most likely just ramble on and say he answered it. He does not know the materials himself and i'm sure if he was given his own tests he would not go past a C. I advise on not taking his class unless you are desperate.

He's very minimaly involved in this clss by preprograming training & exams 4 us thru sam2007.course.com. During lab he just sits around. His exams r hard 'cus u have 2 teach urself A-Z. He could care less if studnts r strugglin, but he acts like he really cares. Studnts & LAHC managemnt continue 2 enable his carefree lifestyle @ taxpayer's expense.

Mr. Davis has many nice qualities: kindness, patient etc. Teaching, though, is not one of them. His shortcomings: seems rather unprepared, monotonous, lacks teaching intuition, absence of creative teaching methods, forgetful, disorganized in admin duties, needs babysitting, seems unambitious, etc. Below average to incompetent as a "college" "prof".

Waste of time, and I feel cheated by this teacher. This teacher had the audacity to announce to the class that he was not there to teach us. This was 1 day after it was too late to drop the class. He has no current knowledge or qualifications to teach this class. His mind seems to be slipping. DON'T TAKE THIS TEACHER!

He has been the worst teacher I've had at college. He's very unorganized, loses work, horrible at explaining things. The class was kind of easy, but I would never take another class with him. He really needs to retire or get fired soon.
