She is an amazing professor! Awesome lectures, great speaker, answers questions, interesting, and is interested in you learning Anthropology. Assignments can be re-taken a few times in order to earn full amount of points. The tests are tough, however she grants a some time to lookup the answers in the textbook and look at your notes.

If you take her pace class sit in the back. When she asks your opinion, don't answer because she will crucify you if she doesn't agree, make you look stupid and correct your grammar in one breath. Just don't ask questions, do your homework and you will pass. She is passionate about what she teaches and she is helpful but it just comes out wrong.

Dr. R. is a teacher whom I'd like to take more classes from. She cares for students and is beyond reasonable if you have any problems. You get the impression she is there so you get something out of her class. She is a great balance between rigor and understanding. She keeps the class interesting with videos and group exercises. Recommended.

I would have dropped this class if it wasn't pace. SO TAKE PACE!! She gives VERY long lectures especially on the Saturday class. The midterm and final was hard, but if you study it should be pretty simple. She takes her time in class and is sometimes slow but other than that she's very chill! One student even fell asleep during her lecture!

Excellent instructor & syllabus.I clearly understood assignmt.due dates. YOU MUST READ TO KEEP UP, otherwise you will fall behind. Her class is like any other class (or job for that matter), if you do not show up there will be no "payday." Attendance is critical. I took this class in the PACE program. If you're not into anthropology then do the same because stretching it out over a whole semester will make it worst. Just go to class,do the Saturday & internet asignments and buy the book and it'll all be over soon. I miss the first week of class and zoned out during class and still managed to get a B

PACE ANTHRO 102: Sooooooo booooring & monotone... style of teaching is very unorganized and can be hard to follow, makes note taking difficult. but she makes the quizzes easy by them being open book! Do the reading, take notes, and you will have no prob.

The subject is interesting to me so this class was a lot of fun. Red**** is very boring and very stubborn. There is no room for interpretation and she just does not want to hear your oppinion on anything. Do the reading and take her notes and it should be an A, however, do not interject to much with her or she will make you feel an idiot.

Very intelligient and articulate! Don't bother asking her dumb questions you should know the answer to; you'll get a sarcastic reply BUT not in a bad way. Do the reading and you'll do very well. It may be hard at times to continue listening to the lectures because of her monotone voice but take lots of notes and study them before quizzes and tests.
