Comment:

The absolute BEST professor UHD has to offer. I would recommend him for any class you are able to take with him. He tells you exactly what will be on the test. If you get anything less than an A it's because you didn't study. The material is easy as well. I can't praise Professor Smith enough! I will be taking him for any course I can.

The hardest part of this class was the real estate project but it was doable. There are three tests in the class and no final. A sure fire way to pass this class is to watch the videos! He can see how long you've been online watching apparently and is more willing to work with people who have watched the videos vs those who haven't. Take him!

He is a really great professor! He helps you not only in class work but in life. He gives great life advice, he has really motivated me and his advice is honest and super helpful. The work isn't hard and he'll do his best to make what he teaches as simple as possible. I recommend his class to everyone!

I have had the pleasure of taking this professor twice. I love his videos he created with his lectures. They are well made and at the correct pace. Watch his videos and go to class and you will do well. Funny funny guy!!

Make sure you watch his videos, everything is in those videos. Reviews are similar to the tests. I took this class in summer with 3 tests, 1 easy paper. You can get full credit on HW and paper as well as you submit them. He gave super useful personal finance advice and can call his cellphone to ask questions.

Hybrid Summer Class. This professor is amazing you! You will learn so much! If you study you will pass and if you do don't you won't pass. It's that simple. If you actually want to learn, take the class. 3 tests and he gives reviews for each one. The review has all of the material on the test. If you want to pass the class watch his videos!

Professor Smith is awesome. Finance isn't an easy class, but he makes it very interesting. Study, study, study, and definitely watch his videos more than once. Tests and hw are pretty straight forward. He also gives great life lessons, you wont regret taking him.

Had his class after working a 9 hour shift at work, after which I felt pretty brain-dead, luckily he is very engaging and will have you laughing. He truly wants his students to succeed. Watch the videos he has on blackboard, and take notes! He is smart and knows what he is talking about. Great professor! I would gladly take him again!

Doctor Smith, is simple he uses a basic financial calculator, not excel or any other software. He loves to talk about life. He want his student be happy as they are, but also want to improve themselves. When he say studies or start on something today, I recommended you take his advice. Assignments are pretty straight forward so it hard to fail.

I took Charless Smith in summer 3 and the course was a bit tough. Make sure to study, study, and study. His exams are just like the reviews with different numbers. In some cases he gives you the same questions and numbers on exam like on practice exam. One thing i enjoyed about his class was that he talked about life, which was very interesting.

Professor Smith is the BEST professor I've taken at UHD. We need more professors like him at UHD. Took him for Summer III Two exams, final. CT paper. When I tell you watch the videos, WATCH THEM. THE REVIEWS are the tests just different numbers. Don't fall behind! He's hilarious. He gave us great life advice! Take him! :)

Great professor. If you miss a class it isnt the end of the world. His videos help out a lot. I took the summer class with him and although it was fast paced he thought everything well. Great sense of humor and a great person overall. I would highly recommend taking him.

Summer class had 3 exams, including the final exam. Even though this was a summer course of 2 hours we just gives 75 minutes to do the first 2 tests and 90 for the final, which is just enough time if you know the steps and what to plug into the calculator. Great Professor, Teaches a lot of concerning personal finance which comes handy !! : )

Second time taking prof. Smith. He truly is one of the best professors around. You are sure to learn a lot from him, especially if you pay attention to his life lessons. Real Estate had 3 exams, all fairly easy. Also a big project for analyzing a property. Does require you to learn (insane, I know /s). If you get the chance take prof. Smith.

Four exams, one small project. He tells you exactly what's going to be on each test, no surprises. His lectures are easy going, sometimes goes off topic but I don't mind since he gives interesting real life advice. Really cares about his students, I wouldn't hesitate on taking him again. If you failed, you really worked hard at doing so.

I took him over the summer. 3 exams and homework. the test are similar to his reviews but you have to make sure you understand the material to get a good grade. My recommendation is to watch the videos, before the lecture to understand better. watch the videos they are similar problems that will be on the test

One of the best teachers I've had at UHD. He works on getting the students to apply what they learn in the long run. Watch videos more than once, they explain everything in detail, practice the HW and you will do well on the test.
