Cheryl told me to my face to change my program because she didn't think I was capable of continuing my degree because of my grade in her class. She gave no feedback from tests or quizzes, leaving students lost and confused, then blamed us for doing poorly. I transferred schools and left Algoma because of her - avoid her at all costs.

This course makes me hate what I love. This professor compares you to herself and how she has a Ph.D. She is SOO condescending. If you are ever interested in taking psychology, don't take it at algoma because you will probably have better quality of teaching anywhere else.

In all honesty, she was the worst prof I have ever had. She talks down to You and makes you feel worthless. She doesn't have ANY positive feedback at all. She is very manipulative, and doesn't encourage you to do your best. She treats you like you are dumb, and her teaching is honestly not effective at all. I do not recommend her.....

Cheryl can tend to be unclear. Many of my classmates and I struggled with the fact that we did not receive adequate feedback. There was little to no structure to this class, and no notes were posted or made accessible or visual, making it particularly hard to understand the material.

Did not enjoy her class. She talks to the class condescendingly. Almost no positive feedback, only harshly negative feedback. Quite unclear in what she is trying to say/ teach. Does not take kindly to disagreement or differing opinions. Overall, one of the worst university teachers I have had.

are you guys serious? cheryl is the worst teacher ever! she makes tests way too difficult, I've read the text and studied, done practice quizzes and do fine, i take her test and fail. She thinks everyone is a professonal like her, well we're still learning, she should remember that. i'm not as smart as her, i could use some help!! i need clarity!

Great teacher how wants you to do well. She is a little shy but she is really sweet. Very attractive but she ain't easy. Good for thesis but she is big on grammer and spelling. Use spell check. Very intelligent and current.

Pretty good teacher, but is intimidating. Thinks that students are rich or something, that money doesn't exist!! Doesn't believe a job or other things in life can interfere with an individual's ability to do well. Makes some courses difficult.
