Christine is so sweet. There's only one project at the beginning, and there's 6 mandatory in class workshops thru the term. Attendance is mandatory, its like 30% of your grade. You don't really have to pay attention tho for the exams.. she gives the full exam in a study guide and all the answers are in the textbook. Overall understanding and nice!

Christine has such a welcoming vibe to her that when entering the class you just feel happy. This class is an absolute GPA booster. She is extremely clear about what she wants on the tests (she gives you an exact replica as a study guide), easy topics to grasp and a cute, potluck study session in her home for the final.

Absolutely love Christine! The assignments are very clear and easy to do and at the end of the semester she invites the class to her house with apple cider, brownies etc. for a poetry bash and it's the best thing ever! Don't miss out on taking a class with her! You'll love her and it's a gpa booster!

I love her!! We only had to do vocab words and short questions for homework, and in every class we watched a movie and then answered questions about it. Usually we went to the art gallery and drew things, like bugs. There was one final test, and a final project that you had to make and explain to the class. I took this class because I wanted to!

Christine is by far the best teacher I have ever had at Douglas College. She is very clear on what she expects of her students and is willing to help at any chance possible. She helped me with my passion to pursue a career in art, she is very inspirational. Love her teaching style too, makes you feel lie you can do anything you want to do.

Comment:

Christine is such a sweetheart. She does a lot of amazing things, but one I didn't see mentioned here was that she always invites the entire class (Usually about 70 students) into her home before every mid-term and final for a potluck study session, it's just such a wonderfully warm, Christine sort of thing to do. It's impossible not to adore her.

Christine is amazing. She is so personable and sweet. She is so pleased if you do the work. You do the work, you get a good mark. Its all about student success with her. Her praising makes you want to be better, and try harder the next time. Her study sessions are very helpful. Gives a study guide before tests...very helpful!

The class was a little hard, but if you do all the work (which is really easy to do) then the test is pretty easy. The project was what was hard, but even that was fun. Sorry guys but Christine is NOT hot, but one of the nicest people you could ever meet. Take her class, work, get an A!

I loved this class and Christine was great! It seems very easy to get an A+ just DO THE WORK! If you don't do it you loose very easy marks.(Just a warning);)
