He is an amazing professor. One of the few classes I never dreaded going to. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always willing to help students who are willing to work with him. His class is fun and informative.

He's an extremely funny professor and very personable. Easy to talk to. His test do require you to pay attention in class but isn't that why you're paying so much in tuition. He tells you before you have a quiz so you can read the required material before hand. My favorite professor this semester.

Awful online class I took. Unclear on instructions and the reading is very dry (he is the author). Grades very hard and doesn't want anything but examples from his text, so don't use any past knowledge of the subject, BIG deduction for that. He's too self-absorbed and doesn't enjoy students who require extra help (questioning or reschedueling)

This class was a little rough for me, only because I do not like to read and he gives reading assignments every class. All of the quizes are pop and if you don't do the readings you won't get a good grade on them. His tests aren't bad if you take them seriously.

Dr. Olsen is a really funny guy. His class is sometimes hard to follow but he does talk about some pretty interesting things. The tests are hard but he gives you ample time to study and even makes a study guide for you! You have to do the reading to pass the quizzes. But overall I enjoyed this class! If you dont mind working this is a great class!

All of his exams are essay format. It was quite difficult. I didn't enjoy the class. I actually hated it. He spoke clearly and was easy to understand. I thought the textbooks were difficult to understand. I don't do essay questions well so if you don't I would consider a different class.

He talks entirely to much...usually about things that you never have on test or quizzes. all of his quizzes are pop an he will sometimes notify you of a quiz. he does do these cool quizzes where you write your name on a paper and you automatically get 10 points. other than that he is HORRIBLE!
