Very nice prof, relaxed, funny, helpful. Class goes at a break-neck pace though. Tests are w-a-y too long for the time alloted. A little bit of a nit-picky grader (especially on grammar and spelling), but it's a foreign language course, and that's pretty much expected. Homework load is pretty heavy. Always smiling, always had fun!

Prof. Ittner is definately one of the worst teachers I've ever had. She is always terribly dissorganized and unprepared in class. Her subjectivity with grading and the way she plays favorites is disgraceful.
