I'd like to see half the naysayers here get up in front of 60 college kids and conduct perfectly without EVER making mistakes or misreading the score. Did you play your part perfectly all the time? Let alone knowing everyone's name! He learns who you are eventually, and he's a good conductor who loves music. He's not perfect but his heart's in it!
