Comment:

Took Dr. Caridi for two classes this semester and it was such a rewarding experience. She is incredibly intelligent and cares that her students do well. Econ304, 8 homeworks, midterm, final and oh attendance because why else are you here!! Extremely helpful and the 2 exams were so fair given the 40% weight they carried. She grades the papers fairly

Comment:

Disorganized lectures, can't really hold a class, and not very good at presenting information. She is also a very tough grader. Like 10 HWs (graded for accuracy), 2 tests (with info you have to teach yourself), and attendance/participation. She also changed the weightings of our syllabus after the semester ended. Avoid if possible.

She is a very intelligent women and has a great sense of humor. Don't be intimidated by her intelligence, she is very open to questions and offers extra help if needed. She looks for you to understand the topic and get a good grade. If you put effort into the class you'll do fine on the tests.

Took MBA515 (online) with Prof. Caridi. Great class, not difficult at all. 8 weeks, read-homework-quiz for each chapter. Not the lightest workload, as there are 2 or 3 chapters/week but everything was easy enough. She gives extra credit in the beginning and end of the course, so it's easy to secure an A if you put in an avg. amount of time.

She is unbelievably intelligent and genuinely cares about her students. She wants you to do well and will help you in every way to make that happen. Her classes are tough but in my opinion that just makes them more rewarding. The BEST. Chapter questions for homework and very fair tests.

Prof. Caridi is by far one of the greatest professors I've had during my time at Marist. She is funny, down to earth and incredibly intelligent. She brings her real life experience of being an Economist to class and makes it easy to understand. Connect HW is assigned about every 2 weeks. It helps that she's super attractive too! Would retake!!

Interesting woman, poor professor. She taught the first two classes, then stopped teaching--students had to present each book chapter, and then were quizzed on it. Very unhelpful, but easy going. Quizzes were every week but she usually allowed collaboration or open notes. You can take notes during the presentations instead of reading the book.

Besides from being the hottest teacher I've had at Marist she is a good teacher and you will learn something. Not bad work load def manageable. just hard to pay attention in class cuz she is pretty hot.

No one should be able to go through the School of Management without taking a class with Prof. Caridi. One of the smartest people I have ever met, very helpful, fair, and funny. She takes the time to make sure everyone understands the material. I would take all of my courses with her if I could.

Caridi is an amazing teacher. She really knows what she is talking about. The quizzes are taken diretly from the group homeworks, so they are pretty easy. No paper or project, just homeworks and a quiz after each chapter. Take her if you can!

Very good prof. No tests only quizes after each chapter and mostly mc. A lot of memorizing and you have to do the hw. The hw is done in grp so make sure you have a good one. The material is not that hard, but you do have to study. Alyways willing to help. One of my fav prof. I would take her for all my classes if I could :)

She was an alright professor. She is really smart though, she just confuses herself sometimes, which in turn can make you even more confused about the subject. The tests are tough if you don't study so beware of that. Homework is given some of the time, but it is in groups. Take her if you have no other choice of a better professor

AMAZING PROFESSOR!!!!!!!! I would take any class Caridi teaches! She REALLY loves economics and so teaching this class seems fun for her. She's not a push over so you have to read your notes, but she's VERY fair and if you study, you'll do very well. Make sure you actually go to class, though. Skippin can hurt because you learn a lot in each class.
