Only cares about students who do well in her class. Encourages office hours but refuses to help if you don't understand the material. She'll say something along the lines of "come back when you know it", even though her job is to help. Doesn't have much material to grade and offers no extra credit because "it belongs in high school"

I love Prof. Fahy! She is a great professor and is very clear. Her notes are organized and easy to follow and she will always answer questions in class. Her exams are pretty straight-forward: she gives you a thorough study guide before the exam. She is definitely a tough grader for papers. She really wants her students to be good writers.

Corporate Finance is so much easier than her macro or stats class. 3 tests a cumulative final, a few quizs and in class labs. The material is really easy to understand and her notes are extremely helpful. Tests and such aren't that hard either considering they are right from the practice problems she gives you. I HIGHLY recommend!

She was a very nice lady, but her class takes effort. I did well but you have to show up because her tests are complicated. But if you pay attention and take good notes you should be fine because her tests and quizzes are exactly how you would predict based on the notes

Good teacher. Her tests and quizzes are hard though. But if you read and take good notes you'll be fine. She gives great notes and all her tests are right from what she discusses in class. Really relates material to real life situations. Its dry material but she is great and making it make sense. A difficult class that needs effort but its worth it

Hard grader. Course material is dry so it would be easier if she taught it in a different way. If you are not good with charts and analysis do not take her.

She's really tough & makes you work for a good grade. On the upside she uses really interesting examples,& (even though they all relate to Soda, Bananas, Beer, or Widgets) get you really interested in the subject. She's dry but lightens up pretty quick to you if you participate. You definitely can't afford to miss class, either. A lot of notes.

She gives very clear notes everything is written on the board, she also explains and goes over everything. Not much homework in the class either except for reading and questions which is not collected, and she occasionally gives small assigments, just study your notes and you will do fine.

You need to sneek notes in to use on her tests. They are very hard and she expects us to memorize a million formulas. This woman is DULL in both appearance and personality. She needs to hop on the next tractor back to her Kentucky hometown.

The Senior Seminar was easily my favorite class of all my four years of economics course at Assumption. Prof. Fahy presented the material, though difficult at times, in a clear and concise manner.
