He really knows a lot about music and together with Teresa, this was a really fun class. We were given lots of theoretical knowledge about singing, but had lots of fun at the same time. He definitely is a great teacher and knows how to encourage students (although not all of us really wanted to take this class). :)

Many people have issues with Colin. I believe those are personal issues dealing with Colin as a person. Yes, he has a lisp, yes, he isn't the fonz, but he is throughly invovled in music, and knows what he is doing. As a choir director he is extremly knowledge-able. As a computer teacher even more so.

I think he's a great choral director and he gets the concepts across well. He also teaches music theory in a very clear, comprehensive manner. When I was attending, he often canceled MIDI class which upset me a bit. It was at 9 am though so I can hardly blame him.

A sad story. Collin tries his best but is basically underqualified (doesn't even have his masters) disrespected and useless. He can't even handle his position as chair of the department. Although sometimes his larger than life attitude gets in the way, he still tries. It's bad when you feel sorry for your teacher.

Geek alert...insert tounge chewing. He is annoying. He is arrogant. He thinks he is king of the world in his little universe. Knows very little but is willing to help you on computer crap and tries. But is just generally a pompous ass...especially in choir. you are basically in highschool there.
