I took this profs course in the 2002 Winter Term and agree with the comments posted by the previous two students. I am lucky to have taken the successor to the above course, MGT223, with another prof. I recommend any student who takes MGT223 to avoid her if at all possible.

Reed is hopelessly out of touch with the students. The lectures are useless in preparing you for the tests, as are past tests. She could also really use some of the management concepts she "teaches" to run her horribly inefficient and ineffective class. Avoid her at all costs.

LMFAO @ the purple hair! something to distinguish her from the rest... the assignment was the hardest thing i'd ever done! it was hell to go thru it! midterm was meh - got 75% on the MC which is the highest i've gotten in my 2 yrs at U of T on a MC section of a test or exam! :)

The midterm was a cake walk and the Deluxe Spa assignment was easy but it took a long time to do. However the final exam was the hardest I've ever written to date. If she doesn't get you on the test, you're due for the exam.

If you want to do well on the test, skip her classes and utilize the time to read the textbook. Combining with that stupid dang Deluxe Spa assignment that contains so many errors and so expensive for a thin book make this course the worst nightmare ever.
