Prof. Knapp is a very good teacher. She expects you to participate in class and complete all assignments. Some of the things she teaches are HTML, JavaScript, and Excel. They are not easy subjects but she is always there for you. She is always available before class if you have questions. She makes the class more alive. Textbook IS needed to pass.

One of the best teachers I've ever had. She can get a little ahead of the class by talking too fast sometimes but will gladly go back over everything to make sure everyone is grasping the lesson. She is not strict about handing in assignments late and will gladly give you extra time to finish them. Very easy class. Very easy A. Just pay attention.

Excellent professor. Very effective and organized. Class is very interesting and fun. She highly encourages student participation and organizes intensive in-class exercises and discusions. You'll get to learn a lot without feeling any pressure. Guaranteed you will never feel bored in her lecture.
