Comment:

Craig's class was very good and organized. He will quickly reply to emails and is always available to answer questions. His lectures were actually interesting and I would always watch. I will definitely be taking any of his courses in the future.

Comment:

I had Craig for a previous course and was excited when I found out he was teaching Police Psyc! I enjoyed being in this class. His quizzes and assignments were pretty easy when you pay attention to his lectures. He is always checking in weekly to see how we are doing and to make sure we're not behind on lectures. He also has guest lectures.

Comment:

Craig was the best professor Ive had in University so far! His lectures were interesting and engaging. He was extremely knowledgable and actually cares about his students. Ill be looking to take any course he teaches in the future.

Comment:

I had a lot of things going on in my life and had never asked for an extension before, Craig was willing to give me one (under the right circumstances) twice. I thank him for being so understanding that we aren't just numbers in the system and real people with real lives and real problems outside of class and due dates. Would recommend.

Its easy to see that he cares about his students, as he sends out check in emails frequently, to help keep everyone on track in his online course. He is very kind and well spoken, and has a unique way of speaking in his lectures that make the material clear, interesting, and easy to understand.

Craig is an amazing prof! He sets clear guidlines and lays out the necessary content very clearly. I took this class specifically because I enjoyed forensic psych with him so much! He is very easy to listen to in lectures and tells you specifically what is and what isn't important to know for exams.

Highly recommend Craig. He's very down to earth, funny, and seams to care about his students. The content is very intresting and it is fairly easy. The only critique I has is that because it's so intresting people ask lots of questions (more a con of the class - has nothing to do with Craig). I'd go out of my way to take a course just for Craig.

Hilarious, personable, interesting! Exams are pretty easy (multiple choice and some short answer) and quizzes are easy to get 100% on as long as you have your textbook with you. Super interesting stuff and awesome prof to have! Looks like David Wallace and sounds like Seth Rogen, what more could you want in a prof?

Take this course online! Quizzes and exams are split between slideshows and textbooks but mostly slideshows. This course was far easier than PSYC2400 and is more than manageable to get an A+. Craig brings in other guest professors for the course who expand on the very interesting material!

Craig is an amazing professor and a great person. I would highly recommend taking any of his courses or becoming involved in his lab. He cares about his students and is all around a great human. Would recommend getting the textbook as the answers to the weekly quizzes are word for word in the textbook.

He's so caring and you can tell he loves teaching. The lectures were super interesting even if they were 3 hours long. Two 45% exams and a few quizzes worth 10% for extra marks in the class. I would love to take another class with him! Take his class if you have the chance.

Prof Bennell is by far my favorite psychology teacher at Carleton. Has weekly open book quizzes and there is one midterm and a final. He has a clear grading criteria and often tells you exactly what will be on the exam. Makes the class super interesting and is a fair grader. If you have the chance definitely take him! Textbook is a MUST for quizes!

Take him! Such a good prof! Only thing is is that he usually goes the full 3 hour length or pretty close to it! Such a good class though. he really cares about his students understanding and succeeding. He has does partly test from the textbook though so you'll have to read to get that A + but can still do reasonably well without.

Very knowledgeable and an engaging prof - his slide decks are too long (70+ slides weekly) - doesn't always go into enough detail on course content in lectures - overall decent prof but classes would be more enjoyable if he made them relatable
