I really enjoyed Professor Kridel's lectures. He is very caring and kind, he makes learning fun, and he is a great resource to ask any education question to. He is very fair with grading, show up to class and show you care about learning/ put some effort into your work and you will pass.

Kridel is an AMAZING professor. I recommend anyone going into education take him. He inspires you, challenges you to find and stand for what you believe, and he genuinely cares about you. He is one of the best professors I've ever had!

Dr. Kridel is one of the most understanding professors you are likely to find. The class is not difficult by any means (lots of reading, but it's fascinating), but the wealth of perspectives and experience he offers make it a class packed with valuable knowledge. Dr. Kridel is always there for you, and going to his class is a treat.

Dr. Kridel is probably one of the best professors I have ever had. He is caring and is there for all of his students and is interested enough to learn about them. He is extremely knowledgeable on the subject, and since he wrote our textbook for the class, it was only $8! I would take him again if I had the chance. You'll get an A if you do the work

Dr. Kridel is one of the most wonderful professors I've ever had. He cares immensely about the subject matter and teaches you a lot about yourself in the process. A midterm and final exam, a few papers to write...not too hard. Go to class and you'll do great.

Dr. Kridel is a wonderful teacher and encourager. He makes the class interesting and you will take away a lot of knowledge about the class and yourself. The midterm and final are pretty easy if you take notes and study. The other assignments are mostly your opinion and you can do well on them. Such a great man. Take his class!

Someone does not know the meaning of "liberal arts." A liberal arts education includes disciplines across the spectrum, including the natural sciences. Anyway, I digress. Dr. Kridel is a very good professor, though I felt this course was a bit easy for a graduate course. Nevertheless, he knows and cares a great deal about the subject matter.

Great teacher and really cares about his students! Very clear on assignments, grades fairly easy because most essay responses are opinion and your own position. Also gives a detailed study guide. You HAVE to go to class and read the material but he tries to keep it interesting and the material is easy to read.

He is a great teacher. Dr. Kridel cares about his students and has a passion for teaching. He will help you succeed and will go out his way to assist his students to pass. Very knowledgable. Don't have to take a lot of notes, and the assignments were easy (esp. the interview).Take him if you would like to become a good teacher.

In a word: kooky. But he is really nice and cares about his students. The class was usually moderately interesting and doesn't require a ton of note-taking. The tests weren't hard if you studied the reviews. Pretty good class overall.
