Naylor is the man. One of the most laid back professors you will find. He also finds ways to incorporate things in a way for everyone to understand. He loves making the class as fun as he can. I definitely recommend Naylor for any class.

He's rather eccentric, but really really nice. The class is really slow-paced. Theory I is mostly rhythms and scales with a few chords thrown in at the end. What he does teach, he teaches well, but if you really like theory you will be really bored.

Naylor is the man. He's a very interesting, fun, flexible professor who seriously simply cares about his students. He will go out of his way to help you out if you don't understand something. naylor is all about the concepts, and would rather have you experiment around rather than going over every detail, making the assignments actually fun.

Great professor! Classes are fun and interesting. If you are in any way interested in modern music take topics midi and electronic music. Without him MWC's music dept. would be stuck in the stone ages, the electronic music lab is awesome!

Talk about a napoleon complex. He gets very angry when you question him about anything and always thinks that he is right. He doesnt really teach at all and makes you teach yourself by reading and doing exercises in the book.
