Craig was one of several professors at MSC that gave me an excellent fine arts foundation. His instruction led to a 20-year career in graphics design. Thank you Craig!

Comment:

A personality full of contradictions, Craig was a good teacher though far from an easy one. For the student who wasn't just taking an elective but planned to become an artist, his rigorous style was effective. Though he may have driven me to madness one semester, I believe I am a better artist for the experience.

Craig is a good teacher that could be a great teacher if he was more fair with his grading. An art teacher should have an open mind as long as the artist can defend his decisions within the boundaries of the assignments. IMHO he picked a couple of favorites who could do no wrong, held the rest of us to a different standard.
