Very nice and approachable teacher. Use computers during class so don't have to pay attention. Once a week online homework that you submit and occasional group projects. Can work with friends/look up answers for both. Only two tests and a cumulative final. Doesn't take attendance. Strongly recommend if already taken calc and understand some of it.

extremely nice and approachable. teaches well. homework is once a week and kinda hard. tests are fair, but you have to study. gives extra credit if you do bad on tests. i recommend her for calculus.

Dr. Coles is one of the nicest teachers I've ever had. Very little hw, lots of optional study sessions to make sure everyone knows what's going on, very personal with students, caring.. love her! Everyone at Elon should have her at some point

THis is the easiest class I have ver taken at Elon. Some people had trouble but if you have any talent with a TI83 you will be fine. I felt like i was in middle school!
