If you disagree even slightly with his political views he will grade you harshly. He can be very ignorant sometimes and refuse to concede even the slightest thing that he disagrees with.

He's really funny in a cheesy, quirky way. at first I was really intimated and shy to speak in front of the class but by the end I was doing it like a pro. He is really helpful and makes you feel comfortable with speaking in public.

The Presidential Rhetoric class he teaches should not be a class. All he does is talk for 5 or ten minutes about his views on current politics and then shows a biographical movie about a president that has nothing to do with their speaking ability. The class is a waste of my tuition money.

Prof. Smith is really laid back, but he knows his stuff. Excellent speaker, very passionate. Limited bias. He has an extreme appreciation for public speaking, so when he talks down about a particular president, it's generally about their ability to present themselves in public. Fair grader.

I had presidential rhetoric with him. he knows his stuff, and i actually didn't see a bias, not too tough to do well with him, he shows relevant videos and points out things i wouldn't have otherwise noticed about the presidents we studied.
