difficult teacher with boring readings, but she makes you wanna work. she'll either motivate you to work, or to drop the class and die. she's intense, but the conversations and class debates are really interesting if you get into them!

Seminar class: HEAVY Rdings (that are hard too). Have to write a reflection/notes type paper for every reading assignment. She is very biased, opinionated, but she is ok. Need to lead class discussion twice during the quarter & ONE BIG FAT PAPER due at the end of class. No midterms/quizzes.

Baker is without a doubt the worst teacher I have ever had. She could not handle opinions that differ from her own and her irrational and illogical attitude was awful. "Baker: don't take her" is a vast understatement. She patronizes her students, specifically me, to the point where I profanely told her what to do with herself and the class...

Now that she's left, the campus is a better place. Besides using passages in the Bible to push her own agenda and attack the integrity of our troops, she was also very biased against all males and non-Jews. Stuff better left outside the classroom.

I was not impressed by this teacher and her style. It was very unique to say the least, strange to put it bluntly. Uggh. I woudln't take her again, she was pretty openly biased on many things and very very very far to the left.

Baker = just plain wacked! She really has a problem when someone does not think about the world the same way she does. Gives bunch of readings that come out to be just busy work - unacceptable in Holocaust class! I worked very hard on final project, got B
