Comment:

He seems nice during lectures, but his exams cover material that isn't covered in any of the course material. I asked him how to best prepare for the exams, and he said that we need to know everything. He also puts questions from future chapters on the exams. AVOID HIM at all costs. Gordon has many great professors, but he is not one of them.

This professor is honestly one of the worst that I have ever had. In his first exam, the highest score in the class was 85%. He talks about how much he likes to make students fail and he looks for ways that he can take points away. Just being in his class feels like you have already failed.

Pleticha has extremely difficult tests, but he is a really good teacher. the average grade for the test was a 55 which is very low, but he does curve up by about 10 points for your total grade. Hes very helpful but very hard, if you aren't good at physics you will fail his class.

Very difficult class. He's a nice guy and the class seems to make sense durring lecture but it doesn't help at all when you go to do the hw. The tests are very hard.

The biggest problem for me is that what he teaches in class is very clear but it doesn't necessarily correlate with the homework or tests. You need to ask him to give hw answers to check against, he'll give them to you. The class is a time commitment.

TAKING HIS CLASS IS SUICIDE! BE PREPARED TO FAIL! but he's a nice guy and funny even if he seems unfair sometimes. The class was toture, but now that it is done I can appreciate that he is super smart and knows what he is talking about.
