everyone should take a class with Dan. He's very knowledgeable of his field and is extremely encouraging. Plus he's one of the sweetest guys ever. Fair grader, won't let you get away with BS but steers you in the right directions. One of my favorite profs here

Dan is so nice. He is one of those profs that really really wants to get to know you outside of class, and he knows a lot of fascinating stuff. He's very well-versed in AMS, but his voice is soporific. However, I highly recommend this guy.

Another great professor at Smith! This guy loves history and knows more inside stuff on Betty Friedan than any man alive. He welcomes questions during his lectures and is always available to help if you need it. He is why Smith is so great!

Professor Horowitz is an amazing, intelligent, perceptive, and generously helpful professor. This course challenged me in ways beyond my imagination and taught me fundamental skills that have proven invaluable. Be sure to do the optional research paper.
