Comment:

I took Dr. Peak for a 3 hr class once a week. He is incredibly boring and keeps you the entire 3 hrs. He is very particular about the way he likes the homeworks and presentations done, follow each step and you will get an A. I wouldn't take him again because he can be sort of rude at times, and its ridiculous the amount of rules he has for things.

Comment:

Probably one of the nicest professors on campus. Cares about his students and will help as much as possible. I took his summer class and it was a breeze. There was 2 oral presentations and 2 test, gives points just for showing up to class and gives you answers to quizzes at end of class. Also offers extra credit.

Three oral presentations. Two exams. One Homework assignment a week. The homework can be tedious but it's very easy. Exams are easy if you study the reviews. Peak really cares about his students and wants to see you pass. He's pretty funny and makes the class as least stressful as possible. Definitely recommend taking him.

Dr. Peak is literally my most favorite person ever, he is so sweet and laid back. His class only has 2 exams and gives a great study guide. The only effort that is required is for the 8 Access projects that take some time but are easy on myITLab. the quizzes are all on quizlet, so super easy! I had his 1x week class, & only kept us for 2. TAKE HIM!

Best Professor ever!!! If you pay attention, you can learn alot from the class. Every lecture has an assignment/hw (7), that he explains in class. 3 presentations, 2 exams and a final which are fairly easy. Pay attention and try, you'll for sure make an A.

I took him for summer 2. This teacher does what ever it takes to make your succeed in his class and gives you multiple changes on homework and tells you what to fix. He does make alot of jokes and has a sense of humor but very helpful and can always be reached. End of class quizzes so make sure you go! 2 presentations with power point but easy!

Boring class but an easy A. He is a really nice and sometimes funny guy. Class consists of 3 presentations @ 200 points each. lots of points for attendance and 7 homeworks. I wish he would talk a bit more about homeworks in class. Dr. Peak makes this class really easy.

Really great guy! He makes a lot of jokes and really cares about his students. I would take him again just because he's so great. As for the class, it's not hard. HW assigments are fairly easy and you can make corrections. The speeches aren't that bad and I have public speaking anxiety. Just read speaker notes and look at the class and you're good.

Great professor and gives amusing lectures. He makes a 3 hour long class enjoyable. The work is easy just follow the instructions on Bb. 3 four minute speeches with ppt, 7 assignments, and 2 tests (one being a noncumulative final). Going to class is mandatory but the lectures are not bad. Easy A, would take him again!

Dr Peak is a great professor!! I wish he taught every BCIS course at UNT. He is very helpful and responds to emails very quickly. Lots of work but they are not hard. Got an Easy A. Highly recommended

He is very cheesy but is very nice. My only complaint is that he assigned a paper halfway through the semester and it wasn't in the syllabus but I think he gave everyone A's on it. He is definitely willing to work with you, so make an effort to talk with him one on one in case you ever need anything!

I adore Dr. Peak... actually disappointed I don't need any of the other classes he teaches. His corny but sweet, and always willing to help his student. I'm a working adult and his Visual Display class has been really helpful in my job.

Dr. Peak is so awesome! He is funny and always in a good mood. Just do your assigned work and follow the instructions. Sometimes he will let you correct your mistakes. Only 2 exams which were fairly simple, 3 major presentations which help you with public speaking, and weekly assignments to learn new computer programs. Great class!

Dr. Peak is very funny and makes the class interesting. The homework can be time consuming, but not hard and neither are the 3 presentations. I would definitely take him again if my major was BCIS/DSCI. Highly recommend Dr. Peak!
