Amazing professor. One of the only professors at UW that really deserve to be teaching here. His lectures are easily comparable to MIT open courseware lectures. He emphasizes on understanding. If you are not good at what you are doing or not put effort in understanding, you will have a problem. Otherwise, his exams are fair. A++
